Binary bitwise operators

Can be used on integer values.

Operator	Description
`&`	Bitwise AND, `true` if both `a` and `b` are `1`.
`	`
`^`	Bitwise XOR, `true` if `a` and `b` are different.

Binary bitwise operator examples:
